Per day, and per plate

Fifty grams was printed for nobody.

The protein figure on a nutrition label is a Daily Value set against a 2,000 calorie reference diet. It does not know your weight, and it does not know you train. Here is the number that does, and what it looks like on a plate.

50
Grams, the Daily Value on the label

One figure for a sedentary adult and for someone lifting four times a week. It was set for a reference diet, not for a body.

The arithmetic runs in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Method
1.6 to 2.2 g per kg of bodyweight while losing fat, 1.4 to 2.0 while holding, the ranges used in sports nutrition guidance. The blog calculators use the same figures.
Limits
Kidney disease changes this advice completely. If you have any, the number here is not for you and a clinician should set it.
